Accountant required for a prestigious contracting company

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Kuwait

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, ERP systems)

  • Strong skills in Excel and MS Office

  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic an advantage

  • Attention to detail and confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounting books

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

  • Accounts payable, receivable and reconciliation management

  • Processing salaries according to Kuwaiti labor law

  • Conducting bank reconciliations and managing cash flow

  • Support internal and external audits

  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.

  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and local laws
