???? Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

  • At least 10 years of experience in the field of information technology and computer systems

  • CCNA certification is required. 

  • Experience in providing L1/L2 support, troubleshooting, configuration, and preventative maintenance

  • Ability to escalate critical technical issues to Huawei Technical Support Center (Huawei TAC) when needed

  • Valid Kuwaiti driving license

  • Candidates must be available for personal interviews in Kuwait.

✅ Responsibilities

  • Providing L1/L2 technical support and maintenance of IT systems

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

  • Configure network devices and maintain system performance

  • Perform preventive maintenance and check the health of systems

  • Coordinate with Huawei's technical support center to escalate critical issues.

  • Ensuring the smooth daily operation of the technical infrastructure at the ministerial project site
