Assistant Store Manager

About the job

As a seasoned professional in the fashion industry, the Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in cultivating brand engagement and customer loyalty, particularly among Top Clients and VIPs, in alignment with our store's business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day store operations.
Uphold the highest standards of store ambiance to deliver exceptional customer service.
Cultivate a culture of Retail Excellence, devising and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Optimize store organization to align with business strategies, while also recruiting, leading, and developing the store team.
Create a supportive environment for both team and individual growth.
Supervise sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, and customer service activities, enforcing Headquarters' guidelines, rules, and processes.

Candidate Profile:

Ideally, a university graduate with 6-8 years of experience in retail sales and store operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Background in luxury goods or premium fashion is preferred, with an established client base.
Possess a passion for high-end fashion.
Demonstrate leadership qualities, patience, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Exhibit adaptability, openness, a willingness to take risks, and dynamism.
