???? Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)

  • Proven experience in tender management, pre-qualification processes, and business development within the Kuwaiti market

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients

  • Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.

✅ Responsibilities

  • Tender Management:  Searching for tenders and business opportunities; preparing, submitting, and following up on tender requests; maintaining tender documents

  • Partnerships:  Attracting new technologies and exclusive partners to expand the business portfolio

  • Registrations:  Updating company registrations with ministries and telecom clients, and registering new clients.

  • Logistics:  Ensuring timely delivery of projects from suppliers to clients; coordinating with shipping companies and customs agencies; obtaining necessary approvals and certifications

  • Prequalification:  Evaluating and qualifying partners and contractors to ensure compliance with standards.

  • Business Development:  Attending industry events, building relationships, monitoring market trends, and developing strategies to attract new projects

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System Management:  Update and document all interactions with customers and partners
