Vacancy-HR Executive


HR Executive


Responsibilities:


• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.


• Administer payroll and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.


• Handle employee relations, performance management, and other generalist HR duties.


• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.


• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.


Requirements:


• Qualification: M.BA.-HR


• 4-6 years of work experience in a similar role.


• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, payroll administration, and general HR functions.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.


• Must have a transferable visa.
