Designer

About the job

This job description marks the responsibility of the Designer role oversees and creates different designs for various clients. S/he usually will partake in Digital Media curation of content and occasionally work on building social media branding under the supervision of the Art Director. S/he is an artistic, multitasker, innovative, and competent to respond to emergency duty matters when necessary.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Lead the creative direction and execution of multimedia projects.
Curate and finalize design ideas, concepts, and the creation of materials in print, and other mediums for a variety of projects.
Collaborates with the Creative department to provide brainstorms and recommendations including but not limited to concepts, design, art direction, production, print buying.
Monitors quality control for print and prepress service specifications, purchasing, and approvals.
Tracks production projects to ensure proper and timely completion of work with outside vendors to meet production deadlines.
Multidisciplinary design approaches and techniques for a variety of graphic design activities, including desktop publishing and layout, production, illustration, and prepress file preparation.
Contributes to the editorial development of projects.
Selects and purchases graphic and photographic supplies. 
Research & brainstorm for mood boards, color palettes, and typography (fonts) for brand identity & social media projects.


Ensure to distribute and be responsible for the workflow within the graphic designers.
Align project execution within the clients’ budget and timeline.
Communicate with the clients when necessary to ensure the accuracy of the clients' requests.
Develop artworks for the clients' social media pages.
