1. General Practitioner

Responsibilities:

Coordinating patients home visit and managing their care plans.

Conducting physical examinations, assessments or procedures to diagnose patients

Maintaining accurate medical records for all patients

Making recommendations for lifestyle changes to improve the patients’ quality of life

Prescribing medication, treatment or therapy to patients

Explaining test results and medical procedures to patients

Training Nurses and other healthcare professionals as required

Consulting with other Doctors about the specialized needs of some patients

Testing for muscle weakness, bedsores, and any signs of infection.

Educating caregivers/nurses on the aftercare or ongoing care of the patient.

Providing suggestions for improved healthcare to family members of the patient.

Monitoring patient recovery and compiling reports.

Keeping abreast of developments in healthcare and attending workshops and lectures as required.

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop improved diets and healthcare plans for patients.

Requirements:

QCHP License - Mandatory

MBBS Qualification

Minimum 05years Qatar experience as General Practitioner

Excellent patient management skills

Ability to make decisions in high-pressure situations

Integrity and strong professional code of ethics

Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.

The ability to act independently if necessary.

Excellent report writing skills.

2. Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Prospect, identify, qualify, quantify and prioritize all potential referral sources in the assigned territory.

Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.

Identify new business development opportunities in strategically defined territories, markets, and segments with the purpose of strengthening care coordination in order to address consumer needs.

Represent our healthcare facility by providing excellent customer service both internally and externally, using our system for contact generation, follow-up, and tracking to ensure client’s needs are appropriately supported.

Analyze referral data to track and respond to trends, sharing insights and market intelligence with clinical leaders.

Tracks marketing initiatives and prepares status reports for medical group and business development leadership review.

Create and maintain a healthy Client list of territory.

Make service agreements / contracts with Clients.

Send daily work report to reporting manager.

Resolve client queries and concerns.

Escalate any unresolved client concern to line manager immediately.

Qualify client list as A & B based on business potential.

Visit A Client at least twice a month.

Make a robust client database to conduct CRM activities.

Help conduct events at client site.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience

Experience in Healthcare and/ or Hospitality Industry if preferred

A good network of contacts with Hotels, Hospitals, Government Authorities, Home Healthcare, Corporate companies, Medical Centers, Wellness centers, Day surgery Hospitals and Hotels in Qatar.

Minimum of three (3) years documented experience in B2B sales, referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships in Qatar.

Good pleasing personality with excellent communication, planning, organization, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Must be a self-starter and able to work independently; detail-oriented; self-motivated.

Must have the ability to exercise good judgment in stressful situations with thoughtfulness and diplomacy.

Track record of successful sales

Valid Qatar driving license is a must.

3. Family Medicine Specialist

Responsibilities:

Respond to acute/emergency presentations and act as a lead clinician (where appropriate) exploring simultaneously multiple complaints and pathologies often in a context of uncertainty.

Carry out comprehensive history including family history, examination and investigation of individual.

Explore the disease (physical and mental), patient’s personal experience of illness and impact on his/her family.

Interpret results of complex diagnostic tests and investigations and act as a point of contact for providing expert views on investigations and interpretation to colleagues.

Establish accurate diagnosis and act as a reference point for health center doctors regarding diagnosis and clinical decision making.

Communicate competently and sensitively and establish a patient centered relationship.

Maintain an accurate patient’s health record documenting both patient and family history.

Carry out screening for long term conditions risk factors and early signs of disease particularly for patients with a family history of disease.

Refer patients when needed, to suitable medical specialist or for specialist diagnostic tests that are beyond the scope of primary care.

Manage patients’ long-term conditions (chronic diseases) according to their needs and ability and as per PHCC guidelines and protocols.

Follow a multidisciplinary approach and incorporate family and caregivers when formulating a treatment plan.

Act as a resource for colleagues in the management of complex cases and in collaboration with relevant agencies/service providers.

Promote healthy lifestyle and support the organization in identifying, planning, and undertaking health promotion activities for identified individuals, targets group or for general population according to the local population health needs.

Requirements:

QCHP License - Family Medicine - Mandatory

Minimum 5-10 years of clinical experience in Qatar

Should be flexible & adaptable

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

4. Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:

Providing direct patient care.

Ensure correct identification of patient and patient privacy maintained.

Assessment, reassessment, and monitoring of patients as per policy.

Assisting physician during physical examination/procedure and carrying out the doctor’s order. Administering medication following the rights in giving medication.

Evaluates patients’ condition and reports untoward observations to the treating physician.

Safe handling and storage of medication

Ensure proper handover communication.

Meeting total needs of the patients physical, psychological, emotional, and social aspects.

Skill full execution of procedures during the management of an emergency. Calm and vigilant while handling an emergency.

Educating the patient and family based on identified learning needs.

Requirements:

Mandatory – QCHP License

Bachelor’s degree in nursing

Minimum 02years of Qatar experience

Able to work in a multicultural team.

Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain meticulous records.

Excellent report writing skills.
