 Job Vacancy: Process Engineer

Company: Fusion Outsourcing & Services
Location: Doha, Qatar

About the Role:

Are you a passionate Process Engineer with experience in petrochemicals or oil & gas?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive safe, reliable, and efficient operations through process optimization initiatives.

  • Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions based on root cause analysis.

  • Enhance unit monitoring (yields, quality, flow rates, catalysts, etc.) using advanced tools.

  • Support PHA, MOC & plant modifications, including engineering design and implementation.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.

  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and process safety measures.

  • Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Analyze process data, prepare reports, and support decision-making.

  • Lead or participate in technical evaluations, vendor selections, and chemical approvals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.

  • 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering within Petrochemical/O&G industries.

  • Expertise in: Polyethylene, Ethylene, Sulfur, AGRU, Utilities.
