1. Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurants. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various maintenance tasks including plumbing, machinery repair, stove maintenance, electrical work, networking, cabling, AC maintenance, and other related duties. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks on plumbing, machinery, stoves, electrical systems, networking infrastructure, cabling, and AC units.

Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.

Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.

Install, maintain, and repair restaurant equipment and systems.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

Proficiency in plumbing, machinery repair, stove maintenance, electrical work, networking, cabling, and AC maintenance.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Experience in cost control In the Hospitality field ( Restaurant / Cafe / Hotels).

Strong analytical skills.

Experience in preparation of food products costing.

Proficiency in Excel.

Experience in ERPs especially SAP

Valid QID and NOC for transfer.
