Job Description:

As a #GraphicDesigner at AL Laith Group, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms. From digital media to print collateral, you will play a crucial role in elevating our brand presence and engaging our audience. Your creativity and attention to detail will be instrumental in delivering high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and produce captivating designs for print and digital materials, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, social media graphics and website assets.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute design concepts that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our design work.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Solid understanding of design principles, typography and colour theory.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred but not required).
