JOB SUMMARY

This position is also responsible for demonstrating competency in the behavioral, growth, development and psychosocial needs of patients being treated.

Staff Nurse, Acute Care - Medical, High Dependency Unit 

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent qualification is required.

Experience

Minimum of two (2) years post-graduate experience in an Acute care setting is required

Physical Therapist 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy 

Graduation from an accredited Diploma course in Physiotherapy (minimum three (3) years curriculum) 

Current national license is required

Master’s in Rehabilitation Services or relevant clinical master’s in related field is preferred (will reduce one (1) year from the required years of experience)

Occupational Therapist

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of two (2) years post graduate experience as an Occupational Therapist in relevant experience with patients with same diagnosis seen in acute care hospitals or rehabilitation facilities is required

Knowledge of principles, methods and procedures for diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of physical dysfunctions

Ability to identify and resolve problems using critical thinking and decision-making skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to interpret clinical data for the establishment and implementation of appropriate patient treatment

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to speak and write in English is required

Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is preferred
