 We’re Hiring: HR Manager – Gulf Model School Dubai


Gulf Model School is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function and support our vision for excellence in education.




Key Responsibilities:


- Lead HR strategies aligned with school goals


- Oversee recruitment, payroll, leave management & staff training


- Ensure compliance with KHDA, UAE labor laws & school policies


- Act as the main point of contact for HR across all departments




Requirements:


- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business (Master’s preferred)


- 5+ years HR management experience (min. 2 years in a school)


- Strong knowledge of HR systems & UAE labor law


- Excellent communication in English
