Nursery Principal

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview:
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, managing staff, curriculum development, parent communication, and ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily nursery operations.

  • Manage and develop staff effectively.

  • Design and develop age-appropriate curricula.

  • Maintain continuous communication with parents to ensure satisfaction and track children’s progress.

  • Ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment.

  • Implement regulatory and educational standards for early childhood education.

  • Demonstrate creativity and flexibility in meeting children’s needs.

  • Efficiently manage time and organize operations.

  • Work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications:
