Procurement Manager

Role Purpose:
Lead and execute the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, focusing on driving value, compliance, and innovation across procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the full procurement cycle from defining business needs to contract closure.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to align procurement with organizational goals.

  • Utilize Oracle Fusion to manage procurement workflows, reporting, and vendor performance.

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

  • Negotiate contracts and drive cost optimization across direct and indirect categories.

  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in marketing procurement.

  • Proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP platforms.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • CIPS certification or equivalent is preferred.
