Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Dubai, UAE. Sales Specialist is the primary contact and agent of the agency who represents our company's products and services to prospective clients. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, meeting clients, building relationships, analyzing client needs, and negotiating the terms of real estate transactions.

Qualifications 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent negotiation skills

• Adept at building long-term relationships with clients

• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

• UAE driver's license and personal vehicle for on-site visits

• Proficiency in English; fluency in Arabic is a plus

• Ability to work well under pressure and achieve sales targets

• Excellent time-management skills and ability to coordinate between clients and internal teams
