Your main duties will be to: -

2. Material Controllers
Your main duties will be to: -

Your main duties will be to: -
Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction /installation activities on site.
Issues the relevant Quality Records and, verifying conformity of the work to specified Quality Requirements and ensuring that the inspections and controls are carried out and documented when necessary issue non-conformances reports.
Surveillance of welding parameters and consumables during installation/construction activities, supervising welding operations
Review welding procedures and welders qualifications to ensure correct and approved procedure are being used.
Checks the availability and suitability of the filler material and of the preheating, welding, heat treatment, the bevels, the extent of the repairs made by the various welders and taking any corrective actions, the heat treatment record diagrams.
Performs Pipes line up check, ensuring that all installed pipe/fittings are to the correct specification and that the material is in accordance with the specified Material Traceability requirements.
Carry out visual inspections.

4. Work Preparator
Your main duties will be to: -
Custodian for the implementation and execution of the process allowing full readiness of Base OPS backlog work orders
Ensure quality of preparation for all Base OPS work orders and across the Al Shaheen field, operations scheduled and correct spare parts and
materials are ordered
Focus on SAP (WO, onshore support, readiness data & material availability report) and UC#03 – Offshore Optimization tool.
Deep-dive on each work order and liaise with the offshore work preparators for each site so correct work order preparation process is followed.
Perform updates on existing work orders
Set with peers on each site weekly targets and chair follow-up meetings
Ensure update of work orders as well as reason for backlog being filled in For each backlog work order deemed not ready for execution.

5. QC Mechanical Inspector (Welding + NDT + Painting )
Your main duties will be to: -
Be fully aware of the Project Quality and HSE requirements
Review and prepare project information manual, evaluation instruction and procedures
Support QC Manager to plan and carry out Quality Audits during EPCC phase
Plan, carry out and report Quality Surveillance activities with respect to on-site activities, internally in EPCC Contractors’ organization including Subcontractors
Coordinate and support QC Manager in reporting of lessons learnt
Plan and coordinate to conduct Quality audits and follow-up on Quality related non-conformances
Coordinate with Discipline Leads to ensure that all EPCC works are performed in accordance with the Project Quality requirements

Coordinate for inspection witness and hold points as per the approved Quality Control Plan

6. Commissioning Superintendent E&I
Your main duties will be to: -
Preparing and following up on progress reports by pre-commissioning and commissioning team;
Ensuring that subordinates and contractors are aware of and comply with HSE rules and regulations;
Directing commissioning preparation and execution both on the fabrication site and offshore in order to deliver an installation to COMPANY operation divisions ready for operation on schedule;
Managing activities from Ready-for-Commissioning (RFC) status to Ready-for-Start-up (RSU) status;
To ensure that the works performed according to COMPANY specifications;
Coordinating and interfacing with other entities such as Project or Construction Management Team, FO start-up team , RSES to insure a smooth Hand over of the new facilities.to FO team;
Maintaining the transference and conveyance of all COMPANY applicable commissioning methodologies and procedures to all COMPANY personnel involved in the commissioning WORKS.
Ensuring that his activities are carried out in compliance with COMPANY HSE procedures and standards.

7. JUB Operation Coordinator
Your main duties will be to: -
Ensure proper induction to newcomers on JUB.

Focal point for OTl/OIM for IOP planning / verification with 5 weeks / 4 months planner
Ensure that the POB control system on board the JUB (T-card) is applied by all personnel on-board the JUB,
Report to Host Platform Radio Operator the list of POB movement on the day before a crew change,
Update the daily record of personnel accommodated on the JUB and report it on a daily basis to Host Platform Radio Operator.
Monitor mustering upon emergencies or drills, and give feedback to OIM HSE-SA
Liaise with JUB Contractor Master for Company logistics aspects, in particular boat approach, use of JUB crane and associated crew).

8. Process Engineer
Your main duties will be to: -
Ensure that all activities and works in the area of responsibility are done in full compliance with the HSE requirements of Qafco 7 and the relevant Authorities
Ensure implementation of the Qafco 7 Contract requirements in area of responsibility and report any deviation to the Project Manager through the line responsible
Actively contribute to safety walks, reporting of accidents and investigation of accidents

Identify, report and follow up risks within own area of responsibility
9. FM Superintendent
Your main duties will be to: -
Drive and Deliver Fabric Maintenance Safety, Quality, and Productivity within NOC Performance Recovery and Project Readiness Projects of Continuous Improvements / Lessons Learned via the audit process of achieved works, access solutions, execution methodology processes.
Ensure all assigned Projects are compliant to all aspects of the NOC Standards for Coating, Insulation, Fire Protection, Refractory Linings, Access, HSE, and Quality within the listed discipline activities as the NOC FM Superintendent Focal Point whilst liaising with NOC Materials Lead/Team, Inspection Team, Department Leads and Discipline Leads.
Accountable for all aspects of managing and guiding the offshore execution team to the day-to day FM activities as required in line with approved NOC procedures and guidelines.
Deliver Back Log Project FM execution plan in line with set KPIs and agreed milestones.
Ensure Contractor develops and manages painting quality control scheduled activities in line with hold points set out in ITP and endorse.
Participate to final close out QC report in respect of Quality Assurance objectives.
Review Contractors reports on performance and results, work in hands with Contractor to obtain a world class quality of services.
Ensure Contractor’s availability of manpower and equipment for ongoing project and ensure ordering is in line with planning gates.
Complete job-related risk assessments, hours and material estimation prior to start of tasks.
Maintain a daily record of progress (daily diary) noting special comments and logging man-hours for relevant work.
Ensure Contractor process guarantees that all tools, materials, and equipment are maintained and kept in good condition.
Attend Supply Chain Vendor kick-off meetings to represent NOC in a Fabric Maintenance Superintendent capacity to ensure the deliverables are clearly understood, addressing all clarifications on all NOC Standards for - Coating, Insulation, Fire Protection, Refractory Linings, Access, HSE, and Quality.
Review, Comment, Approve or Reject Vendor CTRs / quotations and Material Requisitions in compliance with the Project needs and in compliance to all NOC standards.
Prepare and participate to Audit Plan for all aspects of NOC Fabric Maintenance Projects.
10. Electrical Technician

Your main duties will be to: -

Complete base assessment of competency, launch training and deliver continuous improvement,
promote and control rigorous application of Golden Rules in all activities
Promote HSE culture within the Technican team offshore and support Base Ops Supervisory delivery
Provide the basic knowledge necessary to work on within ALS FIELD & to confirm the acceptance level is met
Propose all relevant training actions to improve the individual / group efficiency or the HSE awareness of the operations
Report regularly to the site management team (OIM & OTL) on the progress, proposal & difficulties faced during execution
Assess training needs, identify gaps & to propose & organize additional on Site trainings when required.
Organize the agreed training sessions, lead them & supervise the validation of the training modules.

Your main duties will be to: -
Drive and Deliver Safety, Quality, and Productivity within NOC Backlog project and Recovery and Sustainability Project of Continuous Improvements / Lessons Learned via the audit process of achieved works, access solutions, execution methodology processes.
Close the loop with offshore/onshore crew to ensure consistent performance between offshore execution and onshore strategy setting.
Support the Project Lead on technical subjects.
Ensure all entity projects are diligently managed and compliant to all aspects of the NOC Standards HSE, and Quality within the required discipline activities and act as NOC Focal Point liaising with all NOC collaborating teams.
Ensure all interfaces with the relevant parties are correctly managed.
From site feedback, identify weak signals addressing performance recovery to be reconsidered, review existing practices/standard/ process, identify gaps, define improvement action plan, develop actions and monitor results.
Assist project lead with all Contractual and Project Control topics.

Ensure deliverables are clearly understood, address all clarifications, ensure close follow-up on progress and performance and issue associated close out reports.
Review Contractors Quality Plans, HSE Plans, Execution Plans and assess performance on monthly basis Define performance recovery project structure required to reach the defined goals, implement, monitor.

Your main duties will be to: -
Ensure the application of NOC HSE and Safety Engineering policies, process, standards and guidelines incl. international rulesets.
Ensure that contractors comply at all times with safety rules, taking actions as required in case of disregards.
Promote safety culture within NOC personnel and contractors as well as reporting of anomalies.
Develop design of new structural installations or define structural modifications.
Coordinate preliminary, basic and detailed facilities engineering studies / design in-house with minimal supervision
Generate requisitions for Structural material procurement and technical bids evaluation
Undertake necessary technical studies in order to propose robust and optimized technical solutions
Coordinate scope of work, cost estimates, budgets and technical dossiers for structure related activities

Your main duties will be to: -
Drive and deliver work order material planning improvement which consists into monitoring material booking versus planning at all stages as well as driving a task force

Build and obtain management approval for successful implementation of sustainable solutions addressing:
