ؤ HIRING – WELFARE COORDINATOR (Rental Basis) 



Requirements:


• Aramco Approved OR strong site experience


• Minimum 5 years’ experience in welfare coordination


• Fluent in English (spoken & written)


• Indian nationality preferred




Key Responsibilities:


✔ Ensure workers’ welfare, accommodation & site facilities


✔ Manage sanitation, transportation & medical arrangements


✔ Ensure compliance with Aramco & labor standards


✔ Act as liaison between workforce & management
