MEP Manager
We are looking for a dynamic MEP Manager with a strong background in the oil and gas industry to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities for our projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience specifically in the oil and gas sector and a total of 15 years of relevant experience in Qatar. The MEP Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Project Management: Lead and manage MEP projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support on MEP systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of MEP engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and performance in MEP installations and systems.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to MEP systems and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.

Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, equipment, and materials, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Certified Professional Engineer (P.E.) or equivalent certification preferred.
