16. مهندس تقدير
مؤهلات:
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، أو إدارة البناء، أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة مثبتة كمهندس تقدير أو في دور مماثل في صناعة البناء والتشييد.
فهم قوي لعمليات البناء والمواد واتجاهات السوق.
يتقن برامج التقدير وMS Office Suite.
مهارات تحليلية ورياضية ممتازة.
مهارات اتصال وتفاوض قوية.
17. مهندس كهربائي
مؤهلات:
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو المجال ذي الصلة.
خبرة مثبتة كمهندس كهربائي للموقع، وتحديداً في صناعة البناء والتشييد.
معرفة قوية بالأنظمة الكهربائية والأكواد ومعايير السلامة.
مهارات تحليلية ممتازة وحل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار.
- يتقن برامج الهندسة الكهربائية وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.
قدرات الاتصال والقيادة الفعالة.
شهادة أوبدا
18. مدير المشروع
مؤهلات:
درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة أو إدارة البناء أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
أثبتت خبرة العمل كمدير مشروع في قطاع البناء / التصميم.
مهارات اتصال ممتازة الكتابية والشفوية.
معرفة عملية قوية ببرامج Microsoft Office وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.
شهادة أوبدا
19. مراقب المستندات
مؤهلات:
التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، أو علوم المكتبات، أو إدارة المعلومات، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مراقبة المستندات أو دور مماثل، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في قطاعات البناء أو الهندسة أو التصميم.
المهارات: مهارات تنظيمية قوية، وإتقان برامج إدارة المستندات، والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، ومهارات اتصال كتابية ولفظية ممتازة.
الشهادات: تعتبر الشهادة الإضافية في أنظمة إدارة المستندات أو إدارة الجودة مفيدة.
ملحوظات
مفتوح للمرشحين من داخل قطر وخارجها، وذوي الخبرة في نفس المجال (للمهندسين يفضل أن يكونوا حاصلين على شهادة UPDA) ويمكنهم الانضمام إلى الفريق على الفور.
