1. Senior Technical Analyst

Key Roles & Responsibilities


Liaise extensively with external or internal customers, analyzing customers' existing systems and business models

Develop / administer system integrations and coordinate with business in fixing issues if any

Gather, document and maintain the necessary information to enable the project team (business and IT staff) to undertake the project and deliver successfully.

Application configuration/setup for all application projects in the various instances of the release life Cycle

Develop the processes necessary to efficiently operate the proposed solution including user guides, manuals, training materials and implementation and data conversion aids.

2. Technical Analyst

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Extend all possible support to Technical Superintendent for safe and efficient operation of vessels in most economical manner.

Process of Requisitions in SNAPS and ensure all checks as required performed, before moving the requisition to different stages.

Invoice handling, Add freight & Negative invoicing.

Budget Variance report should be sent on Weekly basis every Thursday addressed to Technical Superintendent &Technical Manager.

Arrange Class Surveys as per Technical Superintendent advise.

Arrange Services as per Technical Superintendent direction.

Class reports and status to be send to the vessel on monthly basis or if there is any change.

Handling of Laser fiche (LF)

Assist Technical Superintendent to make the various reports.

Handling of the landing orders and there tracking and connecting it to the vessel.

Ensure sufficient stock of lubricating oil, sampling, testing kits & chemicals for test on board.

Follow specified systems, processes and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements/standards

3. Industrial Electrician

Key Roles & Responsibilities


Perform electrical work on various types of machinery and electrical systems.

Performs preventive and routine maintenance as per maintenance plan. 

Run diagnostic tests and troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical machinery.

Install, repair and inspect various industrial electrical machinery and systems.

Carryout troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems

Interpret blueprints and schematics for ensuring that all electrical work is done in compliance with relevant 

  codes and regulations.

Test and replace electrical components, such as alternators, starters, and batteries.

Repairs, installs, replaces, and tests electrical circuits, equipment, vehicles and appliances using appropriate tools 

  And testing instruments.

Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to determine the root causes of problems.

Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment manuals in the troubleshooting process.

Maintain proper records of consumables usage and disposal to update Equipment Controllers

4. Mechanical Engineer

Key Roles & Responsibilities


Oversee and follow-up both routine and planned maintenance and repair activities of all equipments and vehicles 

Performs major and minor repairs, inspections on crane and associated components parts comprising of but not 

  Limited to hydraulic system, pneumatic system, winches, sheaves, ropes etc.

Respond for all break down and asserting trouble shooting by following up manuals’ procedures and reading 

  schematics.

Diagnose and trouble shoot problems, give recommendations for repairs, and make all critical repairs and

  Adjustments.

Diagnosing faults by implementing test procedures with correct testing tools

Remove and install parts, disassemble, and assemble components, test and adjust assemblies with ability to 

  Self-monitor work quality.

Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to determine the root causes of problems.

Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment manuals in the troubleshooting processes, test and verify correct 

  Operation of all repairs and adjustments.

5. Estimator Marine

Key Roles & Responsibilities


Review the RFQ / Tender documents and clarify with the client if any technical or commercial queries.

Circulate the relevant portion of the RFQ’s to the respective departments and corporate functions for getting their inputs / queries / feedback.

Co-ordinate with other departments within the organization for collecting the resource resource plans/requirements for preparing the cost estimates.

Seek cost / estimate for materials and specialist / subcontractor's jobs

Perform estimating tasks as assigned, ensuring that the estimating services provided would enhance the company's image as being a full service provider and competitively priced contractor

Prepare Tenders, Proposals (Technical & Commercial) & Cost estimates for Ship Repair / Dry-Docking / Conversion / Modification  Projects.

Co-ordinate with legal, insurance, tax, CFT & other applicable corporate functions for getting their inputs which are relevant for the tenders.

Review, inspect, clarify, interpret and develop detailed scope of work for every project / job enquired by the client

Prepare Cost Estimates / Commercial Proposals / Tenders based on client's repairs specifications, visit the sites/vessels for estimating the job scope prior to preparing quotes if required. Prepare the technical & commercial tenders and forward to Manager – Commercial or Higher management for review.

Upon approval from the Management, submit the Commercial / Technical Proposal or Tenders via Business Development team to the Client.

Prepare the both Technical & Commercial Tender Clarifications receiving from Client by coordinating with the relevant departments or corporate functions.

Coordinate with the Business development team to meet the customer expectation and support Business Development team by attending the Client meetings and understand the actual requirements of Client.

Monitor the client approved job progress against the estimated time frame and budgeted cost. 

Visit on-board ship / work site for work follow up and preparation of additional quotations or Variation Orders or Invoicing as and when required.

Prepare and submit daily Cost update to client & Shipyard Management for major projects;

Prepare draft invoice with details pertaining to quoted prices, actual booked cost, cost incurred and forward to Manager – Commercial for approval.

Discuss the draft invoice with the Customer representative and get the relevant approvals.

Perform the negotiation with the Customers and inform the output to the management for taking decisions.

Finalize the repair invoices along with owner representatives prior to departure of vessel and sign off the memo of settlement.

Submit the Invoices to the client representative or Client's Finance Department for the payments.

Perform any other duties assigned by Manager–Commercial and VP-Shipyard.

Update & maintain the Departmental Registers such as Quotation Register, Invoice Register, Project/WO register, contracts register etc.

Maintain the files & documents in soft copy and Hard copy as applicable.

Attend the relevant meetings & events as per the guidance from management 

6. Technical Superintendent

Key Roles & Responsibilities


Assist in managing new newbuilds construction projects and participate in testing procedures to ensure construction is compliant with set specifications and quality parameters;

Maintain detailed awareness of vessel and machinery performance by means of planning regular repairs and follow up on defects;

Provide guidance to technical assistants in terms of receiving and processing purchase requisitions according to Q-Ship procurement guidelines and ensuring appropriate documentation, compliance to procedure and timely placements of purchase orders;

Investigate machinery failures and perform tests to diagnose technical issues in order to carry out corrective actions and report to Senior Manager Technical Management in this regard;

Prepare vessels for dry-docking  by coordinating with dry-docks personnel and perform regular inspections and repairs;

Prepare contract specifications for overhauls, evaluate and oversee operation of equipment during acceptance testing;

Ensure that all vessel certifications and surveys for class and flag are in order for vessel inspection and audits and ensure all relevant documentation is properly kept, maintained and updated;

Prepare financial budgets reports including activities such as maintenance repairs, stores and dry-docking of vessels;

Assist in ensuring Q-Ship's vessels operate in compliance with best-in-class Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Management practices and international regulations;

Maintain cost controls on technical operations with respect to budgets and prepare cost-benefit analysis  and report  on vessel engineering and modifications;

Analyze risks associated with vessel and machinery performance with respect to Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) issues, and coordinate the development and deployment of Contingency Plans;

Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Senior Manager Technical Management.

Ensure operations/work processes occur in accordance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and any other standards and requirements to which compliance is required

Ensure the health and safety of all employees and the protection of the environment for all sites/work premises under their control.

7. Marine Specialist

Key Roles & Responsibilities


Ensuring Company owned and managed vessels are operated as per contractual requirement in a safe, efficient and economical manner in full compliance with best operational and industry practices.

Liaising with Ship Management, Commercial and vessel Masters and monitor that certification in place as per contract.

Undertake vessel visit to monitor compliance for equipment and liaise with Marine and Crew Dept. to meet contractual requirements and industry requirements

Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing enhancement of process efficiency, cost reduction, and profitability through structured performance management and action plans involving employees, suppliers, and network partners.

Review contract status report and advising Ship Management for the necessary requirement.

Risk Management: Support project planning, conduct risk assessments, and contribute to the execution of operations to ensure successful outcomes

Contractual Compliance: Ensure all services rendered to internal/external clients adhere to Milaha processes, procedures, and contractual obligations.

Safety and Legal Compliance: Guarantee consistent adherence to safety regulations and legal standards in all operations, aiming for safe and legally compliant performance standards.

Incident Investigation: Collaborate with HSSEQ Specialist to conduct incident investigations and root cause analyses, ensuring lessons learned are integrated into operations for continuous improvement.

Adherence to Maritime Regulations: Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, classification society standards, and environmental guidelines across all operational aspects.  

Performance Evaluation: Establish and analyze performance metrics to assess and enhance the efficiency of barge operations, identifying areas for improvement.

Reporting and Verification: Report to the Asset Integrity Manager, verifying contract compliance with end clients and ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison with clients, building professional relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.

Resource Planning: Provide recommendations on necessary resources for assigned tasks and activities, supporting efficient and effective operations.

Marketing Support: Assist in the marketing efforts for Milaha-owned and third-party Vessels contributing to business growth initiatives.

Vessel Maintenance Supervision: Oversee and manage the schedules for maintenance, dry-docking, and repairs of owned and 3rd party vessels to ensure operational readiness and compliance with safety standards.

Technical Guidance: Provide expertise in marine engineering principles, offering technical guidance to optimize barge performance and reliability.

Emergency Response Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive emergency response plans for various scenarios at sea, ensuring preparedness and adherence to safety protocols.

Taking over new Build vessels or Inspection of vessels or facilitate inspection through 3rd party as required by the Management.

Assisting in internal and external audits of vessels.

Liaise with internal OVID inspections (Ship Management) of vessels  to prepare for all charterers.

8. Draftman

Key Roles & Responsibilities


Reads and interprets drawings, specifications, procedures and related materials.

Prepares engineering details and drawings using CAD, Bills of Materials and engineering Specifications

to enable the complete manufacturing of products for onshore/offshore oil and gas projects.

Make shop fabrication and detail drawing.

Checking drawing with specification data from incoming client.

Materialist & calculation loading data, Calculation weight of equipment.

Handle design planning and process using Engineering Drawing Procedure.

Making sketch or draft drawing from inspection site and application in the design drawing.

Provide draughting support, as requested, to all Project/Tender teams

Document list & progress schedule on making the drawing.

Good coordinate with interpersonal skills, liaising with the Engineer of other disciplines and

departments.

Perform other related duties and assignments as requested by the Manager.

Support construction team for installation at site & engineering practice.

Checking drawing and verifying drawing from vendor.

Review the technical and operational content of drawings in order to ensure a consistent standard between projects.

Ensure all Drawings compliance with Company drawing control procedures

Will perform reporting as per Project / BU requirements and will populate comprehensive data on a regular basis and/or uppon request;

Work safely at all times, protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace;

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

9. Installation and Analysis Engineer

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for installation analysis activities associated with subsea engineering including but will not be limited to transportation and installation of PLET’s, PLEM’s, ILT’s and Manifolds and the analysis of installation of Flexibles flow-lines, Umbilicals, risers and Rigid Spools (SURF). 

Perform hydrostatic and hydrodynamic analysis for the different offshore installation activities.

Perform hydrostatic and hydrodynamic analysis for subsea structure installation,

Develop design capability (stability, hydrostatic hydrodynamics, hull, mooring, installation engineering, DP).

Prepare naval deliverables (procedures, notes, technical reports).

High accuracy level in delivered analysis results required in order to develop safe and robust installation methodologies.

The engineer will be exposed to practical offshore experiences and best practices for offshore installation of SURF and structures, this knowledge should then be used for subsequent projects. This provides a constant loop of improvement to obtain more accurate results. 

Interface with other disciplines, giving feedback on install-ability and design.

Offshore support and real time analysis for the on-going installation activities.

Write technical project documents (installation engineering memo and installation analysis reports).

Liaise with Project Teams for project data, installation feasibility, reporting to client.

Liaise with Project Team to clarify aspects of the work and complete tasks within the agreed timeframe.

Liaise with Project Team and client to clarify installation analysis concerns.

Complete all tasks set by the Supervisor and assisting wherever possible.

Observe existing engineering methodologies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement.

Conduct research and collect data.

Observe health and safety guidelines at all times.

Attend meetings and workshops.

Work closely with Engineering Team to foster professional values and build good relationships.

Work with multiple discipline projects and monitor fieldwork activities;

Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications;

10. Structural Engineer

Key Roles & Responsibilities


Prepare / review design analyses, calculations and procedures for structural in-service & pre-service engineering analyses deliverables such as: inplace, transportation, lifting, load-out, seafastening/tie-down, installation, vessel deck layout and modification, ROV platform erection, etc.

Be familiar with the project scope of work, specifications, schedule and all inter-discipline requirements; including identifying concerns as early as practicable and taking appropriate initiatives to address the issues.

Interface with other departments to obtain input for Discipline designs and drawings.

Maintain close co-ordination with other disciplines / entities, such as; Project Management Team, Vessel, ROV, Survey, Offshore, Fabrication, Construction, etc. 

Assist in preparation of estimates for bid proposals, including technical query reviews, execution statements and manhour estimates.

Raise technical queries to obtain missing information, clarify work scope, and to maintain preferred Company procedures, specifications, standards, practices and operational requirements.

Prepare Discipline engineering design basis, philosophies, and technical specifications, as required.

Participate in finalizing deliverables lists and deliverables, ensuring compliance with specifications and functional integrity.

Attend project review meetings, vendor meetings, engineering meetings and offshore site surveys, as required.

Assist procurement team in procuring Discipline equipment, materials and services; ensuring that work produced complies with Company objectives and procedures.

Review vendor and subcontractor submittals, checking for compliance with project specifications and providing comments as necessary.

Provide technical support to all fabrication queries, including identifying defect / rectification requirements.

Keep the Lead Engineer apprised of all activities and concerns, technical, budgetary and manpower related.

Assist in providing inputs for actual, planning and forecasting progress reports including associated productivity.

Assist Lead Engineer with responses to Company and other entities (such as certifying authorities, auditors, third parties, etc.) on their review and approval.

Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience on structural engineering.

Be aware of costs related to own work and of the discipline.

Prepare / review all detailed drawings ensuring technical correctness, professional presentation and that fabrication and installation requirements are satisfied.

Fully conversant with AutoCAD.

Familiar with engineering software tools in addition to SACS, StaadPro, USFOS, ANSYS, etc. 

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

11. Coordinator Service Delivery

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Handle all operational tasks of ocean freight shipments 

Coordinate the customs clearance with the customs clearance brokers and the pick up/delivery of cargo with the land transpor teams and spot service risks and come up with immediate solutions 

Responsible for avoiding unneccesary costs like port storage and line demurrage and should negotiate with line agents/transporter for better rates if possible.

Ensure customers are provided excellent service along the shipment cycle with quick responses to inquiries and providing problem resolutions internally as well as externally.

Billing of services and closing files in the TMS, incl. vendor invoices as per agreed operational KPIs.

Follow specified systems, processes and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements/standards.

Work safely at all times, protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace

12. Technical Clerk Stock Control

Key Roles & Responsibilities


Responsible for Planning, Scheduling and Follow up for the fleets managed by Asset Management Department. 

Acts as focal point between customers and AM department to ensure the 100% PPM Compliance.

Gather and monitor gauge readings of vehicles & equipment from various equipment owners for PPM Scheduling

Monitoring of equipment and vehicles PPM dues and updating master PPM schedule chart 

Control the issuance of work orders to ensure effective implementation of planned preventive maintenance

Programs (Generate PPM Work Order in oracle EAM along with the maintenance task list and coordinate with the

Workshop supervisor / foremen on the equipment & vehicles PPM status)

In coordination with the engineering team, create and document maintenance program and PPM Checklists as per OEM.

Assist planning supervisor to create Department Process, Flow Charts, SOP, and other Templates and Forms.

Assisting supervisor Planning & Control for the reconciliation of Master Asset List.

Assist planning supervisor for the submission of Tender Documents (Assisting to complete the tender

Documentation for both technical and commercial requirements)

Create Work orders in oracle system for scheduled preventive maintenance and hand over to maintenance

Supervisors Foreman / Technicians

Check on progress of repair throughout the day. Contact customers regarding any changes in the estimated or 

Promised time, explain cost and time requirements in detail, and get proper authorization before any additional 

Repairs are performed.

Closure of completed work orders(PPM) in oracle system along with the Invoicing for completed work orders.

Assist planning supervisor for the submission of Tender Documents (Assisting to complete the tender 

Documentation for both technical and commercial requirements)

Coordination with the storekeeper/material controller/workshop supervisor/planning supervisor, conduct regular 

Stock checks to identify differences and take corrective actions (Monitor inventory levels and reorder parts as 

Needed to avoid shortage)

Assist Equipment Controllers to Prepare Daily equipment status report for updating to BU heads 

Gather and monitor gauge readings from vehicles & equipment to collect data for PPMSC & Trend analysis.

13. Supervisor Technical Maintenance

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment's including engines, hydraulic systems, electrical system sand other components.  

Manage all kind of maintenance & repair works reported in Asset Management Workshops at various locations Spread across Mesaieed and Industrial Area

Analyze the maintenance and repair work are completed efficiently and effectively by reviewing and approving the 

 System generated work orders. 

Manage a team of mechanics, technicians, and maintenance staffs for the effective execution of comprehensive 

 Maintenance program.

Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor employee’s performance according to work scope and given time for 

 All the workshop and field maintenance activities. 

Provide training and mentorship to maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge of heavy 

 Equipment maintenance.

Control costs and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures.

Review and approve the completed work orders / Job Cards and the related paperwork required to complete the

 Job (work order, parts order, estimation, invoices, delivery notes, etc) accurately and timely.

Set priority of repairs in coordination with the mechanic taking into consideration availability of manpower and 

 Spare parts.

Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, diagnose faults, and recommend necessary repair 

 Works.

Develop and maintain Preventive and corrective maintenance program inclusive of all associated forms and 

 Procedures.

Ensure that all vehicles and equipment follow the maintenance plan schedules.

Develop thorough knowledge in all MILAHA Equipment and their Maintenance / reliability needs.  Determine the 

 Needed manpower and resources to achieve the reliability and availability of objectives.

Establish key performance indicators for all types of in-house equipment and establish the true cost of each man-

 Hour of each category. 

Develop and train the maintenance team.

Develop maintenance staff capabilities on troubleshooting and effective systematic methodologies for corrective

 Maintenance.

14. Manager Commercial (Estimation & Proposal)

Key Roles & Responsibilities


Manage the Estimation & Invoicing Department in an effective way and provide excellent services to customers. Lead in implementing strategies in line with company guidelines for the purpose of generating high revenue and achieving optimum profit margin by applying the cost effective pricing strategies and strict cost control in coordination with VP, Business Development and Production.

Update VP – Shipyard on the activities and progress of the projects and related projects should there be any deviation from the budgeted plan. Prepare summary of budgeted vs actual man-hours for each project and discuss with VP and production team.

Ensure the team is preparing quotations as per client’s specifications, is conducting inspection on vessels or at site as required prior to quoting and coordinate the preparation of technical tender specifications

Coordinate with Business Development team to meet the customer expectations

Coordinate and review scope of work for every project/job being enquired by the client. Provide budgeted hours to production team andplanning department. 

Accommodate and analyse production feedback on actual hours spent on the job and provide overall comparison budget vs actual to Management team. 

Ensure additional jobs or variation orders are raised by the operations. Monitor the job man-hours in progress with the estimated time frame and budgeted cost & plan.

Coordinate with other departments for issues related to all kinds of resource plans for cost estimation jobs.

Manage all the requisitions for direct purchase and third party services and ensure they are accounted on the jobs.

Coordinate the preparation of draft & final invoices with details pertaining to job costing summary – invoice value, cost incurred and profit marine.

Prepare monthly revenue report, status of enquiries and summary of billable / non billable hours for VP Shipyard approval and finance purpose

Implement and Maintain within their area of responsibility and accountability, compliance to all Milaha Health & Safety, Security, Environment and Quality policies, Manuals, Procedures, Laws, Regulations and Standards. 

Actively contribute and participate in  Milaha Health & Safety, Security, Environment and Quality consultations, training and initiatives

Ensure operations/work processes occur in accordance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and any other standards and requirements to which compliance is required

15. Technician Mechanical

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Testing, maintenance and repair of Diving systems and ancillary equipment

Fault finding and repair

Assist with system certification, PMS and mobilisation / de-mobilisation activities

Provide technical and operational support to Diving Superintendent and Workshop Manager

Support operational Diving systems as required

Assist in the identification and ordering of suitable spare parts to ensure they are available when required.

Ensure Diving workshop mechanical spares and stock levels are maintained

Interface with other workshop disciplines as and when required

Responsible for own occupational safety/health, safety of fellow employees and members of the public.

Maintain good standards of housekeeping in working area

Assist in the implementation of departmental processes to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and any other standards and requirements

Key Roles & Responsibilities


Supervise the entire contract lifecycle / process for EPCIC projects, collaborating with legal and project teams to draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts.

Ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals while maintaining detailed records and providing regular reports to management.

Coordinate contract execution, ensuring seamless transitions from negotiation to implementation, and monitor contract performance against agreed-upon terms.

Facilitate periodic reviews of contracts to assess effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary amendments as per evolving project needs. 

Prepare and conduct lessons learned sharing sessions for projects(on going and completed). 

Familiar with industry standards and norms for EPCIC contract forms (FIDIC / NEC / BIMCO).

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contracts, implementing strategies to minimize legal liabilities.

Ensure strict compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies throughout the contract lifecycle, staying  updated on relevant changes.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies specific to EPCIC projects, conducting comprehensive risk assessments at various project stages.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and legal advisors to anticipate and address regulatory changes that could impact contract terms or project executiion

Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors while overseeing the procurement process.

Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms, balancing company interests with vendor expectations, and resolving disputes during contract execution collaboratively.

Monitor vendor performance and conduct performance evaluations regularly, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Spearhead innovative approaches in negotiations, seeking win-win solutions that promote long-term partnerships while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

17. Crew Coordinator (Offshore)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

To actively recruit crews from the international market place in order to meet crewing requirements for all contracts via agencies, job boards, internet and other means

Be first point of contact for potential employees, vet and authenticate resumes and qualification/certifications with issuing bodies and provision of information for recruitment agencies, potential and existing employees including assisting with external enquiries

Conduct one on one interview in English with candidates from all countries to ascertain technical knowledge and suitability of the applicant.

Have working knowledge of all marine trades utilised by the company including bridge officers, engineers, crane operations, slinging/rigging, dynamic positioning and the use of this knowledge for initial technical interview to appraise the applicants knowledge and breadth of experience

Selection of training providers and transport of personnel to training providers to meet mandatory oil & gas marine requirements prior to mobilisation

Arrangement of all security passes, port passes and certificates required by Qatar Petroleum and organisation of immigration and visas via government departments

Arrange and follow up emergency and medical treatment situations including transport off vessel via fast boat or helicopter, arrangement of immigration applications for the personnel upon their return to port for medical treatment, arrange transport from port to medical the facility and manage the welfare of the medical case, replicating the previous for the return to duty. This duty requires the incumbent to be on call and available to manage an emergency situation on a 24 hour 7day week alert status

Issue of personal protective equipment during induction phase, maintenance of equipment stock and replenishment of items

Negotiation of salary and employment contract details for new employees, negotiation of same for existing and extending personnel and issue of company ID, security passes and competency cards (e.g. HUET)

Maintenance of comprehensive personnel data base that meets company manning demands and concurrently complies with ISM, ISO and OHSAS codes of practice to which the company subscribes

Provision of data, metrics and information for internal, external 3rd party and tender information requests.

Maintenance and contribution to company electronic data bases including Oracle and Shipnet

18. Senior Analyst AR/AP

Key Roles & Responsibilities


Monitor, evaluate and provide feedback on KPI reporting on a monthly basis, including preparation of Vessel Utilization and Off-hire reports.

Generating revenue invoices (Hire, Meals & Accom, Consumables, Insurance, back charges) for the services rendered to the clients

Comply with each client’s protocols and Milaha’s Finance protocols for invoice issuance and accruals

Obtain client’s approval on accuracy of invoices until service codes are obtained and final invoice issued and accrued 

Match cost invoices 3rd Party Vessels, Catering bills, Intercompany invoices, Port invoices to contract and daily vessel/project timesheet, in coordination with Commercial team

Process and issue Debit and Credit Notes as necessary 

Coordinating with Procurement team on POs and liaising with Finance Team for payment processing

Act as a mediator between Finance and Supplier for Statement of Accounts

Provide accounts receivables and accounts payable accruals to Accounts Department on a monthly

Monthly closing reports with no more than 30 days between accruals and final invoicing and no more than 60 days for collection

Maintain aging report / Statement of Accounts (SOA) for all customers 

Maintaining vessel utilization report each month and reconcile utilization with accruals

Maintain proper archiving and timely posting to Oracle Fusion of AR/AP invoices and debit/credit notes

Following up payments with customers 

Reconciling vessel monthly meal sheets and consumables 

Liaising with Internal and External Auditors to provide supporting evidence and attend to queries from well organized filing 

Develop support AR / AP team with clear directions on objectives and measurable outcome checklists on assigned daily/weekly/monthly tasks

Monitor support AR/AP team performance against set objectives and tasks

Manage reporting of OpEx, Project costs and Capex variance to ensure effective cost control of vessels, projects, and assets

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

19. AC Technician - Heavy Equipment

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical accessories and air conditioning equipped on mobile 

  Equipments and vehicles to ensuring optimal cooling performance.

Inspect and diagnose AC system issues in a variety of vehicles and equipment, including cars, trucks, heavy 

  Machinery, and industrial equipment.

Perform repairs or replacements of AC components, such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and 

  Refrigerant lines.

Ensure that AC systems are functioning efficiently and providing adequate cooling.

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on AC systems to identify potential problems and extend

  Their lifetime.

Replace AC filters, refrigerant, and lubricants as needed to maintain optimum performance.

Maintain proper records of consumables usage and disposal to update Equipment Controllers 

Communicate and exchange information on equipment maintenance & repair data with relevant personnel 

Complete related paperwork required to complete job (work order, parts order, etc) accurately and timely.

Ensure full compliance with the safety goals, objectives, and procedures towards achieving zero LTI.

Perform housekeeping duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager or Safety advisors in accordance with

 Company policies & procedures; 

Available during off-hours for rescheduling, technical assistance, and emergency response

20. Workshop Supervisor Hino

Key Roles & Responsibilities


Monitor Customer Service levels and provide effective support to Parts and Sales

Describe and assess Service Department market potential and revenue forecasts

Establish, implement and regularly review the training programs for all productive and non-productive staff to ensure the progressive development of all Service personnel

Utilize monthly management accounts to monitor and control profitability and productivity of the Service Department, including monitoring workshop efficiency, debtors and working capital

23. Senior Manager Shipping Agency

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Strategy & Budget

Provide input and drive all Shipping Agencies strategies & activities in accordance with the Long-Term Strategy, Business Plan & Annual Budgeting Process

Drive the development of an organizational structure, processes, resources, and staff competency levels that meets the current & future requirement per the strategy

Actively participate in budget preparation of the department with necessary performance forecast, revenue projections, action plans & manpower requirements of Shipping Agencies

Monitor Shipping Agency budget, its revenue performance and provide regular update to the VP Ship Services on its financial performance

Oprerations, Sales and Business Development 

Develop and win significant new business, maximise revenues from new opportunities and retain existing clients worldwide.

Responsible for the management of Sales plans in each section within Shipping Agency.

Act as the primary contact and relationship manager for all customers of Shipping Agency

Work effectively with other business unit managers to develop proposals and win new business across the company

Lead the negotiation and management of Shipping Agencies services, consultants, clients and programs.

Ensure smooth and efficient overall operations of Shipping Agency.

Ensure issuance of delivery orders for all consignments arriving by Milaha Agency vessels.

Recognize opportunities for system improvements aimed at optimizing the processing of claims, effectiveness of Protection and Indemnity insurance (P&I) services, streamlining container operations (overseeing and managing the flow of agency containers inbound/outbound directions, and coordinating container backloading in accordance with liner instructions).

Monitor sales activities, manage sales pipeline, develop a systematic approach to push specific behaviours and ultimately drive to achieve the desired success.

24. Supervisor Ship Agency Operations

Key Roles & Responsibilities


Represent Milaha agency for the various monthly meetings with Port Authorities

Liaise with Port, Customs authorities for obtaining vessel suitability approvals, Port clearances to call at the Port, and make sure that vessel carry necessary documents and follow operation requirements

Prepare Proforma Disbursement Account (PDA) details for all Agency vessels and forward to Shipping Accounts to provide PDA to the principals

Coordinate and liaise with Finance to ensure all port charges/funds received from principals and approve berthing schedule accordingly

Negotiate and communicate with charters & principals regarding the Port charges, Agency charges and confirm vessel agency appointment

Negotiate with Port operators on behalf of charters and principals for the clarification, fixation of various charges & other issues related to the cargo operations

Plan, notify and coordinate with Liners, Principals & Masters for vessel pre-calling arrangements and smooth vessel operations without delays

Attend RORO Lines safety awareness meeting & deliver Milaha presentation

Fully responsible for the implementation, conducting & feedback of safety regulations instructed by the Agency RORO Lines for their cargo operations

Coordinate with principals and arrange necessary requirements such as crew change, Medical assistance, shore leave, gate passes, etc. through coordinating with Crew Handling section

Lead planning and implementation of Software Projects (Initiation through Closure) and serve as the main point of contact during all project phases
