Key Responsibilities: | المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote JTI Holding’s projects and subsidiaries.
- Manage advertising campaigns, digital marketing activities, and social media presence.
- Create compelling marketing content, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver marketing initiatives.
- Organize and represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسويقية للترويج لمشاريع وشركات جي تي آي القابضة.
- إدارة الحملات الإعلانية، أنشطة التسويق الرقمي، وحضور الشركة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- إعداد محتوى تسويقي متميز، عروض تقديمية، ومواد ترويجية.
- إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد الاتجاهات والفرص والموقع التنافسي.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والوكالات الخارجية لتنفيذ المبادرات التسويقية.
- تنظيم وتمثيل الشركة في المعارض والفعاليات والأنشطة الشبكية.
- متابعة ورفع التقارير حول مؤشرات أداء الحملات والعائد على الاستثمار.
Qualifications & Requirements: | المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, investment, or corporate sectors.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
- درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التسويق، ويفضل في قطاعات العقارات، الاستثمار أو الشركات الكبرى.
- معرفة قوية بأدوات ومنصات واتجاهات التسويق الرقمي.
- مهارات تواصل وعرض ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- التفكير الإبداعي مع قدرات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.
