About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Trade Marketing Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You’ll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The management of trade spend and execution of plans will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within Turkey.
Key Responsibilities
Being responsible for all our sales channels and our entire product portfolio in Turkey
Develop and execute trade marketing plans that align with Kraft Heinz's commercial objectives and marketing strategy
Craft compelling promotional campaigns and in-store activations that capture customer attention and drive sales
Responsibility for periodic distributor performance reports and monthly review meetings
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Brand Marketing, and Supply Chain teams in the development of annual channel-based plans, Portfolio, Pricing, and Planogram management
Design ideal Perfect Store criteria to maximize product visibility and sales potential within Retail.
Lead the execution of merchandising strategies by managing and motivating the merchandising team
Coordinating execution of marketing activities on the ground and new product development (NPD) implementation whilst maintaining close communication and alignment between sales and marketing
What you bring
Bachelor or Master’s Degree from a reputable university
Experience of 2-3 years in trade marketing, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs and total experience in Sales at least 5-6 years strongly desired
Preferable prior work experience in a FMCG environment
A strong command of English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, MS Excel
