Position: Senior Product Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide professional and high-quality services to customers, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable products and services. Maintain good customer relationships and address after-sales inquiries.

  • Sales Achievement: Receive customers on a daily basis as required by the company and meet personal sales targets.

  • Operational Execution: Carry out daily store operations such as product display, stock replenishment, cleaning, cashier duties, inventory checking, and shift work in accordance with company requirements and operation standards.

  • Merchandise Management: Conduct tasks related to incoming goods inspection, product display, product quality management, and service quality management.

Requirements:

  • College degree or above, with 1–3 years or more of experience in the digital products industry.

  • Passion for the consumer electronics industry and the ability to quickly understand new products and their functions.

  • Love for sales and service work, proactive sales awareness, strong service skills, strong learning ability, and good team spirit.
