Sales & Quality Officers - Join a leading food brand

Responsibilities

sales staff

  • Boost sales through excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.

  • Customer Relationship Management Using BRM and CRM Practices

  • Preparing sales reports and forecasts

  • Achieving sales goals and deadlines

Quality Control Officer

  • Conducting quality checks for raw materials, finished products, and store audits

  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and sterilization standards

  • مراقبة معايير سلامة الغذاء حسب ISO، FSSC، BRC

  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain product quality.

Requirements

sales staff

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

  • 3-5 years experience in the food industry in Kuwait

  • Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills

  • Knowledge of BRM and CRM practices

  • Valid Kuwaiti driving license + car

  • Maximum age 40 years

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English

  • Transferable Visa (Article 18)

  • Ability to join immediately

Quality Control Officer

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field

  • 1-3 years experience in the food industry in Kuwait

  • معرفة بمعايير ISO، FSSC، BRC وقوانين سلامة الغذاء

  • Experience in cleaning and sterilization

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Local candidates only
