Manager Quality Assurance

???? Role Overview

The purpose of the role of Manager – Quality Assurance is to manage the quality assurance function within AD Airports.

This role ensures that all operational processes, service delivery, safety, compliance, and regulatory standards meet the highest quality. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, regulatory bodies, and senior management to support the development and implementation of strategies that optimize performance, reduce operational risks, and improve customer satisfaction.

???? Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and plans for all airport operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor and analyse quality trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and take corrective actions.

  • Review and update the airport’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

  • Ensure operational compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements by reviewing processes, standards, and procedures.

Senior Officer Quality Assurance

المساعدة في تجهيز مطارات أبوظبي للحصول على شهادة نظام الإدارة المتكاملة (IMS) والحفاظ عليها بشكل مستمر.
ضمان فعالية نظام الإدارة المتكاملة من خلال متابعة تنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة، بما يحقق الأهداف المؤسسية لمطارات أبوظبي.

???? الجوانب الرئيسية للوظيفة:

  • دعم أنشطة قسم ضمان الجودة، بما في ذلك إدارة برنامج التدقيق لضمان تنفيذ الأنشطة المجدولة والإجراءات التصحيحية في الوقت المناسب وبالموارد المناسبة.

  • إدارة الأنشطة الإدارية المتعلقة بنظام الإدارة المتكاملة (IMS) واعتمادات ISO الخاصة بمطارات أبوظبي.

???? Job Purpose:

Assist with the preparation of Abu Dhabi Airports for the Integrated Management System (IMS) Certification and its ongoing preservation.
Ensure the effectiveness of the IMS by monitoring the implementation of related policies and procedures to achieve Abu Dhabi Airports’ corporate objectives.

???? Key Aspects of the Role:

  • Supporting Quality Assurance department activities, including managing the audit program to ensure scheduled activities and corrective actions are executed timely with adequate resources.

  • Managing administrative activities of the IMS & Quality Assurance department related to ADAC IMS and ISO accreditations.

Head of Innovation and Special Projects

???? Role Overview

The Head of Innovation and Special Projects will establish and lead a newly formed Innovation function within the organization. This role will focus on strategy development, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader who can set strategic direction, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and build strong partnerships across the aviation ecosystem. The role demands a hands-on approach, strong initiative, and the ability to build a function from the ground up, even with limited initial resources.

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement the organization’s innovation strategy, processes, and systems in alignment with the VP of Strategy.

  • Create the vision, framework, and methodologies to incubate new ideas, launch innovative products/services, and optimize current operations.

  • Act as a subject matter expert to advise on innovation-related initiatives and embed a culture of innovation across the organization.

  • وضع الرؤية، والإطار العام، والمنهجيات المناسبة لتوليد أفكار جديدة، وتطوير منتجات وخدمات مبتكرة، وتحسين العمليات الحالية.

  • العمل كخبير متخصص لدعم المبادرات وتوجيه تحول ثقافي نحو الابتكار داخل المؤسسة.

Manager AES – Training and Standards

???? استراتيجية التدريب وتنفيذها:

  • تنفيذ والحفاظ على برامج التدريب الخاصة بـ AES بما يتماشى مع المتطلبات التنظيمية والتشغيلية.

  • ضمان تقديم تدريب منظم وقابل للتدقيق (أساسي ومتكرر) وفقًا لمعايير الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني (GCAA) ومنظمة الطيران المدني الدولي (ICAO).

  • الإشراف على تنفيذ التدريب عبر جميع فئات موظفي AES.

✅ الالتزام التنظيمي وضمان الجودة:

  • ضمان الامتثال الكامل لمعايير GCAA، ICAO، والمعايير الدولية الأخرى ذات الصلة.

  • Implement and maintain AES training programs aligned with regulatory and operational requirements.

  • Ensure structured, auditable training (initial and recurrent) aligned with GCAA and ICAO standards.

  • Oversee training deployment across all AES staff categories.

✅ Regulatory Compliance & Assurance:

  • Ensure full compliance with GCAA, ICAO, and other international standards.

  • Establish and manage internal audits and self-assessments on training and certification.
