Administrative Officer – Emergency Reception Systems

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or any major related to emergency, search and rescue, or communication systems.

  • At least 3 years of practical experience in administrative work or supporting operations departments or control centers.

  • Familiarity with the use of computer systems, data management, and reporting programs.

  • Strong skills in coordination, follow-up, and controlling quality procedures.

Main Tasks:

  • Provide daily administrative and logistical support for the work of the Emergency Response Systems Monitoring Department.

  • Follow up on operational plans and ensure the continuity of operational systems and procedures in coordination with operations teams.

  • Manage correspondence, technical and statistical reports, and archive related documents.

  • Contribute to the implementation of quality systems and adherence to approved operational standards.

  • Support internal and external meetings related to relief networks and prepare minutes and follow-up reports.
