Business Development Manager
Marking Services, Inc. – Doha, Qatar
Full-Time | On-site

Job Description:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business development efforts with both existing and new clients. This role contributes to sales growth by creating selling strategies to expand market share across relevant products and services, developing strong client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service along with professional consultation throughout all transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate new revenue and increase sales of labeling products and services within targeted accounts through prospecting and closing new business.

  • Develop and implement selling strategies to grow the assigned territory.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and partnerships with key decision-makers.

  • Educate clients about MSI’s products and services, consistently highlighting the company’s value proposition.

  • Research competitors and market trends to remain informed of competitive products and industry developments; share insights with the sales team.

  • Proactively communicate with clients to ensure all commitments are met or exceeded throughout projects and orders.

  • Deliver excellent customer service by preparing quotes, confirming orders, and following up on opportunities in a timely manner.

  • Ensure a positive buying experience for customers in every transaction.

  • Perform other duties as required to support the company’s growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (equivalent relevant experience may be considered).

  • Extensive business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.

  • Strong relationships with EPC companies.

  • Proven ability to maintain a high client retention rate (75%+) and expand client base by 25–50%.

  • Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-directed, results-driven, and capable of independently managing time and projects.

  • Ability to gather, analyze, and accurately interpret detailed information.

  • Strong organizational skills.
