Production Leadership Role in Oman – Become our next Fertigungsleiter (Production Manager) 

About the Company
An innovative industrial solutions provider managing multi-project production operations with a strong focus on quality, scheduling, and cost-efficiency. The company values leadership that bridges departments and brings clarity, order, and executional strength to manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate manufacturing activities across departments, providing both functional and disciplinary leadership to department heads
  • Organize and monitor production workflows and project milestones with a focus on quality, deadlines, and cost control
  • Plan capacities and resources (personnel, materials, machines) in alignment with project requirements and in close collaboration with team leaders
  • Provide proactive cost control and reporting, raising alerts in case of critical deviations to Operations
  • Represent production in overarching meetings such as multi-project planning or interdepartmental discussions
  • Manage interfaces between development, production planning, and project management for efficient workflow
  • Facilitate constructive dialogue and problem-solving between departments when interests or goals diverge

    • Solid experience in manufacturing or production management within an industrial or project-oriented setting
    • Proven leadership skills in coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders
    • Strong planning, organizational, and resource management capabilities
