Technical Consultant – Payment Systems Expert

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, changes, implementation, and testing for Credit Card/POS acquiring applications (TSYS) and their interfaces with 3rd party systems (internal/external).
• Handle Cards Agile development (PRIME), CRs, and support production fixes on test systems.
• Maintain the test system with respect to payment system compliance changes for Credit Card Systems (TSYS).
• Conduct technical testing including Regression testing, Implementation Support, and technical Certifications with Visa/MasterCard & CBO.
• Assist the business in completing UAT.
• Lead technical tasks for assigned projects.
• Support performance testing, ISO testing, and other internal/external testing.
• Maintain architecture documents for various systems including debit cards, instance issuance, GL Reconciliation, and other payment-related systems.
• Participate in business requirements and design phases of Projects and CRs.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of change requests (CRs) related to Payment Systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 13+ years of hands-on experience in Payment schemes, including 7+ years in MasterCard.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Expertise in ISO 8583 messages, SWIFT, ONLINE Switch.
• Strong experience in business and technical areas, including system analysis, design review, and maintenance of various applications in the Card and payment industry.
• Experience with configuration, testing, and troubleshooting functionality of systems installed.
• Proficient in managing quarterly payment scheme compliance strategies and providing effective implementation support.

Payment Processing Specialist

Job Description:

• Lead the development and optimization of payment systems for a leading bank.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of payment solutions.
• Analyze and implement regulatory requirements for compliance.
• Drive innovation in payment processing to enhance the customer experience.
• Mentor junior team members and provide expert guidance.
• Design, implement, and enhance payment systems such as RTGS, ACH, SWIFT, SEPA, FPS, and instant payment solutions.
• Manage and optimize card payment systems (Visa, Mastercard, EMV), mobile wallets, and POS/ATM networks.
• Develop and integrate Open Banking APIs and fintech payment solutions.

Skills & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Banking, or related field.
• Experience: 7+ years in payment systems, banking technology, or financial services IT.
• Expertise in payment gateways, transaction processing, and digital banking solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial messaging standards (SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022, SEPA, FAST, NACH).
• Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for payment infrastructure modernization.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools in banking environments.

Senior Technical Consultant – Temenos T24

Job Description:

• Lead the deployment, configuration, and customization of the Temenos T24 Core Banking System.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party banking applications, payment gateways, and cloud services.
• Diagnose and resolve T24-related issues, including performance tuning, database optimization, and system enhancements.
• Manage T24 upgrades, data migration, and system enhancements with minimal disruption to banking operations.
• Support the integration of digital banking solutions, Open Banking APIs, and cloud-based financial services.

Skills & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record in successfully delivering projects in the banking sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in T24 upgrade projects, cloud-based deployments, and microservices architecture.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or similar are a plus.

Senior Technical Lead – Banking Applications

Role & Responsibility:

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of banking applications, including core banking, loan origination, CRM, and digital banking platforms.
• Define and implement application architecture ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
• Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Lead the implementation of Open Banking and API-driven banking solutions.
• Support the integration of digital banking platforms, mobile banking applications, and AI-powered customer engagement.

Skills & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in banking IT or enterprise application development.
• Strong experience in core banking platforms (Temenos T24, Finacle, Profile, or similar).
• Proficiency in banking software development (Java, .NET, Python, C#).
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
