Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager with a strong background in team leadership and leasing operations within the UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee leasing activities across residential, commercial, or retail portfolios, manage a team of leasing executives, ensure high occupancy rates, and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing Operations:

  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

  • Manage the end-to-end leasing process including marketing, property viewings, negotiations, documentation, and tenant onboarding.

  • Monitor lease renewals and expirations, ensuring timely tenant retention strategies.

  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.

Team Management:

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of leasing executives or agents.

  • Set team goals and KPIs, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training and support.

  • Ensure effective team coordination and alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in leasing, with at least 3 years in a managerial/team lead role.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and leasing procedures.

  • Proven experience in handling residential and commercial leasing portfolios.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
