Contract Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in reviewing contracts, tenders, and other legal documents; identify risks, flag issues, and propose standard revisions.

  • Prepare and draft routine contractual letters and notices.

  • Collect and organize files for legal/arbitration proceedings; prepare initial memos and summaries for legal review.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical filing of all department records.

  • Provide general support to the Department Head, including governance and compliance-related tasks.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
