Jebel Ali School is a leading educational institution in Dubai, committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences. The school is seeking experienced operational professionals to ensure smooth campus operations, safety and quality compliance, and continuous school improvement.

Position: School Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff and ensure effective task allocation.

  • Oversee purchasing, contracts, and vendor negotiations.

  • Supervise health, safety, and compliance standards.

  • Organize school events and excursions.

  • Manage and maintain campus facilities and infrastructure.

  • Support ESG and energy conservation initiatives.

  • Contribute to campus development and shared services.

  • Provide IT end-user support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant operational qualification; NEBOSH and IOSH certifications preferred.

  • 3–5 years of experience in operational roles, preferably in education, facilities, or service-driven environments.

  • Skills in multi-service operations coordination, vendor/contract management, and leadership in health, safety, and compliance.

  • Problem-solving and crisis management skills, budget awareness, and procurement control.

  • Calm, organized, solution-focused, with strong communication and team collaboration skills.
