Residential Sales Agent

Job Description
Steps Real Estate is seeking Residential Sales Agents with a background in residential sales or client advisory to join our team on a commission basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and secure residential property listings.

  • Manage sales transactions efficiently.

  • Conduct market research and property evaluations.

  • Negotiate and close deals with clients and property owners.

  • Build and maintain a strong client and property owner network.

  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the Qatar real estate market.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Residential Sales.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

  • Valid Qatari driving license.

  • Proficiency in CRM software for effective client management.

Job Type: Full-time – Commission-based
