Junior Ecommerce Account Executive - UAE
The Junior Ecommerce Account Executive will support the management and growth of the company’s online sales across UAE-based ecommerce platforms such as Amazon.ae, Noon, Mumzworld, Firstcry, Namshi, Carrefour Online, Lulu Online, Coops Online, as well as online pharmacies including Nadi, Life Pharmacy, Supercare, Boots, and others.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management & Partner Support
Assist in managing relationships with ecommerce marketplaces, retailers, and pharmacy online platforms.
Monitor account health, compliance, and service-level agreements across all platforms.
Track order flow, stock levels, and highlight potential disruptions.
2. Product & Content Management
Upload, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, barcodes) tailored to each platform’s requirements.
Coordinate with marketing/design teams and represented brands to localize content for the UAE market.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
3. Sales & Performance Tracking
Monitor daily sales, pricing, margins, and conversion rates on platforms such as Noon, Amazon.ae, Carrefour, Lulu, Nadi, and Boots.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports and recommend optimizations.
Support promotional and pricing strategies to compete in the UAE market.
4. Campaign & Promotion Execution
Assist in planning and launching seasonal campaigns.
Coordinate with online pharmacies and retailers to feature products in exclusive bundles, flash sales, and promotions.
Track campaign ROI and adjust as needed.
5. Customer Experience & Feedback
Monitor customer reviews and ratings on Amazon, Noon, Nadi, and pharmacy apps.
Support resolution of escalated complaints or product queries.
Provide insights on customer behavior, trends, and preferences in the UAE market.
6. Operations & Logistics Coordination
Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory availability.
Track stock levels across multiple channels.
Ensure product availability on pharmacies’ backend systems and retailer dashboards.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in ecommerce, account management, or digital marketing (internships or UAE pharmacy/retail experience is a plus).
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Noon Partner Portal, Carrefour Online Dashboard, and online pharmacy vendor portals.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Understanding of UAE consumer behavior in categories such as beauty, healthcare, baby products, and OTC pharmacy.
Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage).
