1. Senior MEP Estimation Engineer (Mechanical Background Preferred)

Location: Doha, Qatar
Are you a seasoned MEP Estimation Engineer with a strong mechanical background and a passion for precision in tendering? We’re looking for a results-driven professional to join our team and lead complex MEP cost estimations with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze MEP tender documents – HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and electrical.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs, with focus on mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing and technical compliance.
  • Assist procurement by preparing technical comparisons and evaluations.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate understanding of scope.
  • Maintain and update vendor/pricing databases for all MEP trades.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 10–15 years of experience in MEP estimation and tendering.
  • Strong mechanical expertise with working knowledge of electrical, ELV, plumbing & fire systems.
  • Familiarity with local codes, global standards, and current market rates.

2. Senior Technical Civil Engineer – Estimation & Procurement

Location: Doha, Qatar
Are you an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in estimation and procurement? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering excellence in construction tendering and project delivery!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret tender documents (BOQs, drawings, specs).
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs for civil works.
  • Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to source vendors and subcontractors.
  • Evaluate quotations for compliance and competitiveness.
  • Maintain cost databases and historical pricing records.
  • Support value engineering and innovative solutions during bidding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 10–15 years’ experience in civil tendering, estimation, and procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, local market rates, and contract conditions.
