Position: LDM Manager 

Details
Lead the local management of all project execution activities within your area of responsibility. Ensure that daily operations comply with company procedures, cybersecurity regulations and standards, contract specifications, quality benchmarks, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments. Coordinate and oversee team development while driving the implementation of standardized processes to continually enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Project Execution teams.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management and execution across multiple regions. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity regulations, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to drive process improvements and standardization initiatives.
