A job vacancy is available for the position of:


Administrative Officer - Emergency Reception Systems






Required qualifications and experience:


 • Bachelor’s degree in management or any major related to emergency, search and rescue, or communication systems.


 • At least 3 years of practical experience in administrative work or supporting operations departments or control centers.


 • Familiarity with the use of computer systems, data management and reporting programs.


 • High skills in coordination, follow-up and controlling quality procedures.






Main tasks:


 • Providing daily administrative and logistical support for the work of the Emergency Response Systems Monitoring Department.


 • Follow up on operational plans and ensure the continuity of operational systems and procedures in coordination with operations teams.


 • Managing correspondence, technical and statistical reports, and archiving related documents.


 • Contribute to the implementation of quality systems and adherence to approved operational standards.


 • Support internal and external meetings related to relief networks and prepare minutes and follow-up reports.




 Work location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
