1-Participates in Store budgeting and sales projections.

2-Ensure that monthly and annual sales targets are properly cascaded and achieved.

3-Suggest action plan to improve store top-line and gross margin whenever required.

4-Achieve a profitable sell-through pre-sale and a healthy sell-out post-sale to balance profit and cash flow.

5-Have in-depth knowledge of the product line, price ranges and specifications relating to the product.

6-Prepare buying budgets /assortment plan depending on past seasons sales.

7-Travel on buying trips to attend showrooms, meet with suppliers and assist in placing orders; follow up

on orders, payments, respect of budget assigned etc.…

8-Negotiate with suppliers operational and commercial related activities such as marketing activities,

commercial calendar, margin contribution, rebates, etc.

9-Ensure stock movement is properly applied as per SOP and Improve stock rotation for respective brands.

10-Analyze the sell-through/ sell-out by brand/store regularly, transfer good between stores with Operations team.

11-Oversee merchandising and coordination of stocks, manage their level, review the stock report and take

appropriate action through detailed communication with the operations manager and suppliers.

12+-Monitor that visual merchandising activities are suitably executed in network of stores as per guidelines.

13-Verify that marketing activities are performed according to marketing plan and assess ROI.

14-Conduct orientation, train & coach staff on execution of daily tasks to maximize efficiency & productivity

15-Actively participate in stock takes and cycle counts, monitor results and apply penalties for discrepancies
