Administrative Assistant

Job Description

- Act as the main point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients.Job board platform

- Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).

- Schedule and process payments (cheques, bank transfers).

- Prepare bank reconciliation statements.

- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Provide support during audits by preparing required documents.

- Draft professional emails, memos, and business correspondence.

- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and confidential documents.

- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval.

- Manage expense reports, budgets, and reimbursements.

- Preparing Daily Report

Desired Skills & Experience

1- Preferably someone with knowledge in the same field.

2- Experience and knowledge of Import & Export Shipping is a plus.

3- Can handle multitask and and work under pressure.

4- Excellent communication skills.

5- Proactive, Resourceful and willing to be trained.
