Location: Kuwait




Armada Retail is looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee and drive the performance of our fashion retail stores across Kuwait. This role is ideal for a strong leader with hands-on retail management experience and a passion for operational excellence.




Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores


- Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs and targets


- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and teams


- Ensure excellent customer experience and brand standards


- Manage VM execution, stock control, and operational compliance


- Analyze sales reports and implement action plans for improvement




Requirements:


- Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion retail management


- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same role (Area Manager)


- Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English (Arab preferred)


- Strong background in store operations, customer service, VM, stock control, and people management


- Proven ability to analyze sales, manage KPIs, and lead high-performing teams


- Solid knowledge of MS Office and POS systems


- Bachelor’s degree or advanced qualification


- Transferable visa and currently based in Kuwait
