Brazer (Duct Brazing) Job In Qatar


Description

Perform copper-to-copper and copper-to-brass brazing using torch and filler metals (typically silver-based alloys).

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.

Prepare materials for brazing by cleaning, aligning, and securing parts.

Inspect brazed joints for quality assurance using visual and measurement tools.

Maintain equipment and ensure brazing tools are in proper working condition.

Follow all safety procedures and protocols related to brazing, handling gases, and heat sources.

Record production data, including quantity, materials used, and any non-conformance issues.

 

Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to ensure product specifications are met.
