About the Role
We are a growing digital marketing agency in Kuwait looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital campaigns for multiple clients across diverse industries. The role requires hands-on execution, strong coordination skills, and an understanding of the Kuwait/GCC digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage digital marketing activities for multiple client accounts
● Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
● Handle social media management including content calendars, posting, and engagement
● Coordinate with designers, content teams, and clients to deliver campaigns on time
● Monitor performance, optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and ROI
● Prepare weekly and monthly client performance reports
● Implement client feedback and ensure timely revisions
● Support basic SEO activities including keyword research and content optimization
Required Skills & Expertise
● Hands-on experience in digital marketing execution (agency experience preferred)
● Social Media Management: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
● Paid Advertising: Meta Ads & Google Ads (Search & basic Display)
● Content writing for captions, ads, and campaign messaging
● Understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels
● Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
Tools & Platforms
● Meta Business Manager
● Google Ads & Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
● Canva or similar design tools
● Social media scheduling tools
● CRM or marketing automation tools (preferred)
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
● Digital Marketing certifications are an added advantage
Soft Skills (Kuwait Market Fit)
● Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
● Client-facing mindset with professional presentation skills
● Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred (Kuwait Advantage)
● Experience working with Kuwait or GCC-based clients
● Understanding of local consumer behavior and cultural nuances
● Exposure to WhatsApp Marketing / WhatsApp Business API
● Valid transferable visa (Article 18) – if applicable
