* Diploma or 12th passed.



* Minimum 5–7 years of experience in wood finishing and painting with at least 2 years in a


supervisory or foreman role.




* Strong knowledge of different wood finishing techniques – sealer coats, PU, NC, melamine, staining, and polishing.




* Ability to mix and match colors, apply finishes evenly, and handle spray guns and other painting tools.




* Good leadership and communication skills.




* Eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.




* Familiar with factory safety practices and material handling procedures




* Must have GCC experience.
