Equipment Manager – Industrial Machinery (Jubail)

1.More than 5 years of experience in industrial equipment management, with a proven track record in overseeing heavy machinery (e.g., excavators, loaders, generators) operations and maintenance.​

2.Hold a valid professional certification in equipment management or mechanical engineering (e.g., CEM, CMMS certification); certifications from internationally recognized bodies (such as ISO, OSHA) are preferred.​

3.Be proficient in equipment lifecycle management, including preventive maintenance planning, spare parts inventory control, and equipment performance monitoring using CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo).​

4.Have strong technical troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment malfunctions promptly, minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.​

5.Possess excellent organizational and leadership abilities to manage a team of maintenance technicians, coordinate cross-departmental workflows, and implement equipment safety protocols.​

6.Familiar with Saudi Arabian industrial regulations (e.g., SABIC safety guidelines) and have experience in managing equipment-related documentation (e.g., maintenance logs, inspection reports).​
