 Executive/Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations in an industrial catering environment, ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality, hygienic, and cost-effective meals.This role requires leadership in menu planning, team supervision, food safety compliance, and efficient kitchen management to meet contractual and client requirements.


Expertise in high-volume food production.


Excellent knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP/ISO).


Budgeting and cost-control proficiency.


Ability to work under pressure in remote site conditions.


Food Handler Certificate is a plus point
