Female Receptionist (Pakistani National)


Description

Location Jeddah: Tahlia Street, Ar Rawdah

Type of job : Full Time

Language: English (Fluent) or Hindi


Who We’re Looking For:

A young, confident, energetic, and motivated Pakistani female who is passionate about receptionist and enjoys interacting with people. If you’re goal-oriented and eager to grow your career, we want you on our team!


Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors professionally

• Build and maintain customer relationships

• Managing the reception area to ensure it's tidy and presentable

• Attend promotional events as needed

• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

• Assisting with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying

• Directing visitors or clients to the appropriate staff member


Requirements:

• Female (Must have valid documents)

• Minimum bachelor's qualification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in receptionist is a plus (not mandatory)

• Friendly, confident, and proactive personality
