Job Summary


We are seeking a Fleet Controller Assistant to support daily fleet operations by monitoring vehicle movements, coordinating with drivers, and maintaining accurate fleet records. The ideal candidate will help ensure efficient vehicle utilization, compliance with company policies, and smooth coordination between operations, maintenance, and drivers.




Key Responsibilities


• Assist the Fleet Controller in managing daily fleet operations.


• Monitor vehicle movements, driver schedules, and trip assignments.


• Coordinate with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and operational issues.


• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and mileage.


• Support vehicle maintenance scheduling and follow up on repairs and servicing.


• Report breakdowns, accidents, or delays immediately.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and traffic regulations.


• Prepare daily and weekly fleet reports.


• Coordinate with internal departments as required.


Qualifications & Requirements


• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).


• 2–3 years of experience in fleet, logistics, or transportation roles.




• Knowledge of Kuwait roads and traffic regulations.


• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).


• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email).


• Valid transferable Kuwait residency (Article 18 preferred).
