Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Sales Manager & Data Analyst to support our sales operations and provide insights through advanced data analysis. The ideal candidate will assist in managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring business objectives are met. This role requires strong analytical skills, F&B market knowledge, and the ability to convert data into actionable decisions that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
• Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing daily sales operations across outlets.
• Support in developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure achievement of sales goals.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for management review.
• Develop dashboards and tools to track KPIs, customer behaviors, and outlet performance.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and sales conversion rates.
• Work closely with management to optimize pricing strategies and product positioning.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field. (Master’s is a plus)
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in sales, business analytics, or revenue management.
• Experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
