HIRING NOW – Production Manager (Bakery & Restaurant) 


Location: Qatar

Industry: Bakery & Restaurant Operations

Salary: 7000 QAR to 9000 QAR


We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee bakery & restaurant production across factory and retail outlets. The ideal candidate must ensure quality, efficiency, hygiene, and innovation in daily operations.


 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Manage daily bakery & restaurant production

✔️ Implement SOPs & ensure hygiene standards

✔️ Monitor raw materials, wastage & cost control

✔️ Lead and train production teams

✔️ Introduce new products & improve processes

✔️ Conduct quality checks & ensure consistency


 Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s in Food Tech / Hotel Management / Culinary or related

✅ 5–8 years experience in bakery production management

✅ Strong knowledge of food safety, costing & inventory

✅ Experience in product development & innovation

✅ Leadership skills with ability to manage large teams
