Roles & Responsibilities


Alghanim International is expanding its procurement team for upcoming infrastructure and bridge projects in the UAE. We are currently hiring experienced Procurement Officers with a solid background in construction materials, subcontracting, and vendor coordination.


Source, negotiate, and procure materials, services, and subcontractors specific to infrastructure and bridge works.


Review technical specifications and ensure material compliance with project requirements.


Prepare and issue RFQs, compare bids, and raise purchase orders in line with procurement plans.


Liaise with engineering, planning, and site teams to ensure timely delivery.


Manage supplier relationships, price agreements, and delivery schedules.


Coordinate with logistics and stores for material tracking and inventory alignment.


Maintain procurement documentation and supplier databases.


Desired Candidate Profile


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.


5–7 years of experience in construction procurement, specifically in infrastructure and bridge projects.


Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendor markets, and procurement workflows.


UAE residency is mandatory.


Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.


Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).


Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
